How is a journey priced?
Each journey is quoted individually based on the route, timing and vehicle. Our prices are fully inclusive of parking, tolls, charging and VAT, with no hidden costs.
What services do you offer?
We provide private chauffeur services for executive travel, city-to-city journeys, hourly and full-day bookings, multi-stop itineraries and corporate events. From individual journeys to multi-day travel arrangements, we tailor our service to your requirements.
Where do you operate?
We operate throughout Germany and for selected journeys across Europe. Wherever your journey takes you, we’ll confirm availability and take care of the arrangements.
What if my plans change?
Let us know as soon as your plans change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled journey are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled journey incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled journey, or if the passenger does not arrive for the scheduled journey, are charged in full.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. If you require a chauffeur at shorter notice, please contact us directly, and we’ll confirm whether we can accommodate your request.
