Martin Weber Premium Limousinen & Chauffeur Services Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Application
These T&Cs apply to all bookings and services provided by Martin Weber Premium Limousinen & Chauffeur Services (hereinafter "MW Premium Services"). 2. Services and Contractual Relationship
MW Premium Services provides luxury chauffeur-driven transportation. All bookings require written confirmation . Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on route changes, waiting time, or client requests.

3. Bookings and Payments
Bookings may be made via our website, phone, or email. Bookings may be subject to a deposit or full prepayment.

  • Prices exclude VAT.

  • Payments: credit/debit card or bank transfer.

  • 3% credit card surcharge.

  • 25% surcharge for out-of-hours (1:00 -7:00 AM).

  • Additional charges: waiting time, tolls, or additional stops.

4. Vehicle Use and Conduct

  • Smoking prohibited.

  • Passengers must follow safety guidelines.

  • Damage to the vehicle or its contents caused by the client or passengers will be charged to the client.

5. Child Safety and Luggage

  • Request child seats during booking.

  • Disclose luggage in advance.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled pick up.

  • 50% fee for cancellations within 24-48 hours.

  • 100% fee for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

  • Special event bookings (weddings or multiple vehicle) cancelled within 7 days are non-refundable.

7. Delays and No-Shows

  • Complimentary waiting: 60 minutes (airport/train pickups), 30 minutes other pickups

  • Additional waiting charged, except day rates. 

  • A booking is considered a no-show if the client does not arrive within the designated waiting time without prior notice.

8. Liability

  • MW Premium Services is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring timely communication of any changes or delays.

  • No responsibility is accepted for items left in vehicles.

9. Privacy and Data Use
Client data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Amendments
MW Premium Services reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The version applicable at the time of booking shall apply.

12. Severability Clause
If any part of these T&Cs is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
